Brain Flakes® Safety & CPSC Compliance

Safety is our top priority! Our products are tested yearly at CPSC (U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission - the main product safety regulatory agency) accredited internationally renowned labs like TUV Rheinland, Intertek, SGS, and Bureau Veritas. We test for heavy metals like lead and endocrine-disrupting phthalates and also for mechanical hazards such as sharp points or choking and suffocation hazards (Brain Flakes® discs pose a choking hazard to children 3 years old and younger). Further, every single production run is thoroughly inspected by a combination of third party inspection companies and our staff. Brain Flakes® discs are made from non-toxic and safe polyethylene and are PVC, BPA, and latex FREE. All our products are CPSC, CPSIA, and ASTM compliant.
